CUSTOM GIFTS

- Do not limit yourself with our stock -

We accept custom gifts that we do not have as a on-shelf product and you specify what you request. In order to place a custom order;

Step 1 - You need to contact us that we may agree upon the product(s), availability and the price. You may use our custom orders form to initiate a custom order request and send ecessary details to enable us to quote you for your order.

Step 2 - After the agreement we will wait for the payment for the product on agreed price. This can be done by adding the following custom products to your basket. The total of your basket must be equal to the total price agreed upon.

Step 3 - We will buy the product for you and provide delivery to the specified delivery address.

For your custom orders the folowing additional terms and conditions apply.

1- The order cannot be cancelled after payment because we buy a product for you and we may not return the bougth product to the first seller. In case of any problem to find the address we can try to deliver for an additional payment for the second delivery.

2- We do not accept custom product delivery after 3 days to delivery date because we need time to find the product. In some cases we may need more time. It is not suggested to order a custom product if the delivery date is close.
