DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND COSTS

EXPRESS DELIVERY TO LOCATIONS IN ISTANBUL

1- Express delivery for gifts are made by third party motorized delivery services. The recipient is being called before the delivery and the delivery is made according to the contact between the recipient and us.

2- We charge fixed amount of delivery fee for a shopping basket. This fixed delivery price is 9.95 USD per delivery whatever the basket content is.

3- We provide delivery between hours 10.00 to 17.00, the delivery may vary between 1 hour before or after the time specified. We do not deliver on sundays under normal conditions with following exceptions;

a) We deliver in common special days that corresponds to sunday (such as Mothers Day or Fathers Day) but the delivery costs increases in that days.
b) We can only provide delivery to the day specified in common special days (as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, etc.), the specified hours are excepted only as the preference of the customer.

4- We can provide express delivery only to locations in Istanbul at the moment but we are planning the express delivery to other major cities of Turkey in the future.

5- Most of the locations in Istanbul are reachable by a standard cost, but there are some suburbs of Istanbul are far away from the city centers and there locationas may require extra delivery costs. We reserve the right to request an additional delivery fee for delivery to this kind of locations.

PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICES FOR LOCATIONS OUTSIDE ISTANBUL

We can deliver to other cities of Turkey using parcel delivery services with prior e-mail contact with sender. The difference between parcel delivery and the express delivery are;

1- You can specify the delivery time as hours in express delivery while you can only specify the day in parcel delivery, the gift is being delivered any time in express delivery.

2- You need to have prior contact with us for parcel delivery. The order form will not let you specify any other city than Istanbul.

3- Next day delivery is not possible in parcel delivery, the earliest time for delivery is 2 days later after the order.

4- The delivery cost will be additionally calculated. There is no fixed charge for delivery.
