SHOPPING SECURITY

1- The order and payment forms are secured with 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption in order to provide the shopping security. SSL provides your personal information and credit card information transfered to clearing house with a highest level of techology.

2- We do not get or store your credit card information by any means. The credit card information is being sent directly to the clearing house Garanti Bankasi A.S. during the transfer, which is one of the well known Banks in Turkey.

PRIVACY

1- We do not share your information with any other person or company. Excluding the following information;
a) In express deliveries, the senders name, the delivery address and the name of the recipient is being provided to the delivery services company in order to let them provide the delivery.
b) In parcel deliveries, additionally the receipients phone number is provided to the delivery services company.

2- We never keep the senders name and country confidential from the recipient. The recipient signs a form during the delivery that he/she knows the sender and accepts the product(s).

3- The reminder service in the site stores information about your friends names, birthdays, etc. that you specified there. The information in this database is being kept confidential and is never used or given or sold to third parties.

COOKIES AND IP IDENTIFICATION

1- Gifts2Turkey site uses both cookies and IP control for your basket content tracking.

2- The order page can remember your sender information you entered upon your request. This feature is enabled by default and can be disabled by checking the related box off in the order form.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES, BULK MAIL AND SPAM POLICY

1- We, Gifts2Turkey are against spaming and UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail), no information of the sender or the recipient will be shared or sold to third parties.

2- We keep the right to contact you personally regarding your orders or additional infrmation in the future. No bulk mail is being sent, every customer contacted personally.

3- The reminder service may send you reminder e-mails, but ony upon your request. You can easily turn the reminder off by clicking a link in the e-mail or login to the information update panel.
